Process
Preparation
Based on a prior Needs Analysis, we discuss the best
options for your specific needs.
A set of shared expectations is developed. It includes a
list of all components needed for the job, including any
hardware, software, or services that need to be acquired.
Fees are quoted based on the shared expectations and the
value of the service to you.
A date and time is set for an on-site visit.
You are advised to back up any software or data that are
on the system.
A service order is prepared, signed by you, and returned
to us
If hardware repairs are required, we engage a reliable
vendor or technician.
If new hardware or commercial software is required, it is
ordered.
We acquire any required free, web-resident software
updates.
You assemble required original installer disks and any
corresponding serial numbers.
You assemble passwords and configuration information for
your on-line service providers.
You arrange for uninterrupted access to the system during
the on-site service.
