Just-in-Time Support
This
service is designed to provide answers for pressing
questions for current MacResolutions clients using a system
we have worked on.
Purpose
of the Service
To resolve specific information or training issues.
(e.g., "How do I share files?, Open attachments? Turn on
fax receive?)
To resolve easily adjustable technical problems not
covered under warranty.
Benefits
That You Receive
Answers to questions and problems when you need
them.
Fixed, per-incident cost structure (not including toll
calls).
No charge if the issue is not resolved.

Process
Preparation
Enroll in the service by signing a service order and
paying for a minimum subscription of three
incidents.
Process
You clearly describe the issue via phone, email, fax, or,
in person if we are at your site.
We do our best to provide the solution.
