Preparation
You describe any problems, recent changes, unusual
events, and key system components.
The purpose and goals of the service are
discussed.
Fees and payment terms are quoted.
A date and time is set for an on-site visit.
You are advised to back up any software or data that are
on the system. If you choose to backup, it is completed
before the on-site visit.
You arrange for uninterrupted access to the system during
the on-site service.
A service order is prepared, signed by you, and returned
to us.
