Services: System Tune-up

 

This service is recommended six months after Guaranteed System Resolution or earlier Tune-Up.

If you wish to use this opportunity to upgrade your system, Needs Analysis is also required.

 

Purpose of the Service

To return your system and configuration to its optimal state.

 

Benefits That You Receive

Correction of any current problems.

Avoidance of potential looming problems through a full set of maintenance tasks.

Installation of key updaters.

Reinstatement of MacResolutions 60-day warranty.

 

Service Process

Preparation

You describe any system problems or issues since the last MacResolutions service.

You describe any changes made to the system since the last MacResolutions service.

Fees and payment terms are quoted.

A date and time is set for an on-site visit.

You are advised to back up any software or data that are on the system. If you choose to backup, it is completed before the on-site visit.

You arrange for uninterrupted access to the system during the on-site service.

A service order is prepared, signed by you, and returned to us.

 

On-Site Service

Hardware Diagnostics
As required to address current problems.

Software Diagnostics and General Maintenance

Includes hard disk drivers and directories; viruses; file fragmentation; invisible desktop files; damaged resource forks; corrupted fonts; Parameter RAM; and Power Manager.

Software Updates

For key applications

Problem Resolution

For all issues that have arisen since the last service.
